Keep your number
If you want to transfer your existing phone number(s) to Vodafone,
you can do this when you place your order by providing us with a PAC
and the number(s) you want to transfer.
What’s a PAC?
Your PAC – Port Authorisation Code – is the code you need to transfer
your number(s) to Vodafone.
Your PAC is valid for 30 days but if you provide it when you place your
order online this may help to speed up the transfer.
How do I get hold of my PAC?
You can get your PAC from your previous network or service provider.
Once you have your PAC, follow these 3 easy steps to transfer your
number(s) to Vodafone:
- When you’re placing your order online, tick the box that says
‘Want to keep your number?’
- Enter your PAC and the phone number(s) you want to transfer
- Complete and submit your order and we will contact you by email
to confirm your activation date
Please note:
- If you had more than one number on an account with your previous
provider, they may only supply you with one PAC. Please enter this
PAC for each phone number you want to transfer.
- Without your PAC we cannot transfer your number to Vodafone.
- We cannot transfer your number to Vodafone unless you provide us
with this information when you purchase the phone, otherwise you will
be connected to a new phone number.
Order by phone
Alternatively, if you have your PAC and want to order by phone simply
call us on 08080 600 802 and we'll do the rest.
