What can I buy online?

You can buy up to 9 new phones with Vodafone price plans. You can also get Vodafone Business Email, BlackBerry®, 3G broadband data cards and USB modems, and accessories for your phones. Simply choose the relevant page in the left-hand menu and you will be guided through the steps to buy online.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery options are available for UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. We can also deliver to addresses in Southern Ireland but we may require additional information to verify the address.

Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This requires a signature to accept the goods and takes 2–4 working days.

We can’t specify an exact time of day for your delivery. If you are not available to accept the goods, they will be returned to your local sorting office and a calling card will be left with details of how you can collect or rearrange the delivery. The Royal Mail tracking reference will be sent with your order dispatch email. This allows you to track the progress of your order online, once it leaves our warehouse.

Your order may be delayed if...

  • There are unforeseen stock shortages. If this happens we will notify you by email.
  • We can’t guarantee the security or validity of your credit card payment transaction.
  • You don’t provide us with enough delivery information.
  • There is a delay in processing your credit check

If you haven’t received your order within the timescale specified, and we haven’t emailed you with a delivery status update, please call our Customer Support Team on 08454 400244.

How can I pay for my order?

We can only take payment from a UK debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Maestro.

We do not take payment for your order when you confirm the details online. This is done when your order is despatched. If delivery is delayed as a result of problems gaining payment authorisation, or for any other reason, we will notify you by email.
